 Longnosa Hotel accommodates 340 beds on its premises 11 546 sq.m of built premises on four operating floors and 7 325 sq.m of land on which it is built on.
 Hotel is within easy reach of the sea beach.
 Hotel has at its disposal 131 double rooms, 8 single rooms, 25 studios, and 6 apartments.

The hotel has the following amenities a restaurant with 290 seats of which 80 seats open-air, pool bar with 45 seats and a lobby bar with 17 seats.
The restaurant has a gas-equipped kitchen with 776 sq.m of land.
The hotel has 3 pools, a pool for adults, a pool for kids as well an in-house covered pool.
The Hotel Complex has two adjacent land terrains located in front of the Hotel Longosa, one is 4294 sq.m
consisting of multi-sport ground in full use by the hotel guests.
Hotel Complex has another adjacent land terrain located within walking distance consisting of 5454 sq.m of land and no building, free site of any building or any construction.
The second terrain is not occupied of any buildings or constructions.
The hotel complex has installed solar panels for heating up water for the uses of the hotel premises as well as a central chiller for air conditioning the whole building.
The whole complex has two main chillers capable of delivering air conditioning for the whole complex.

The operating period of the property is between 15.05.2022 to 15.10.2022 each year!
The company that currently runs the hotel is a joint-stock company, its stocks are divided in 6 different shareholders that are eager to sell whole or partial shares of the company holdings.
